A hearty and satisfying ramen inspired by the Sapporo region of Japan, featuring miso chicken broth and pork chashu.

Kit includes cooked pork chashu, chicken broth, uncooked noodles, miso tare, cabbage & carrot slaw, roasted corn, menma, and chilli miso butter.

IMPORTANT: We are currently substituting kikurage (seasoned wood ear mushrooms*) for menma in this bowl due to supply chain shortages.

• Each kit makes one bowl of ramen.
• When cooking for multiple people we suggest ordering the same kit
• Kits are to be refrigerated up to 3 days upon arrival or can be frozen for up to 6 months.
